This error indicates that too many users are logged in at the same time. ScanWorkX is licensed on a concurrent user basis.
If this is a consistent problem and more ScanWorkX licenses are required, please contact your ScanWorkX sales representative to purchase additional ScanWorkX licenses.
Occassionally, when a user session is terminated by network problems or a timeout issue, a ScanWorkX license can be consumed for a short time while the system realizes the connection is not going to be re-established. In this case, the "locked" user can be terminated in the Session Management Console of the ScanWorkX setup program (inside of Microsoft Dynamics AX). Select the user that is locking a license, and select "Disconnect Session."
