This error is generally caused by one of three issues related to setting up ScanWorkX.
1. The ScanWorkX Service is not started on the ScanWorkX Server: Make sure that the ScanWorkX service is running on the server. If this is an issue after every server re-boot, make sure the service is set to run automatically.
2. The Windows Mobile device is not setup to see the ScanWorkX Service: Run the ScanWorkX Setup utility on the hand held device and ensure that the correct server Name/IP Address are entered in the "Server Address" field.
3. This error can also be caused by ScanWorkX not being properly licensed.
