Support Lifecycle

General Support

ScanWorkX for Microsoft Dynamics AX provides support for versions up through the end-of-life date of the accompanying version of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Extended support for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ends on 10/9/2018, which corresponds with end-of-life support for ScanWorkX versions 3.0 and prior. ScanWorkX versions 4.0 and higher will be supported throughout the end-of-life date for Dynamics AX 2012. Check with your ScanWorkX sales representative to confirm if your support contract includes upgrades between versions of Dynamics.

Extended Support

After Microsoft support for your version of Microsoft Dynamics AX ends, we will work with you to determine if it is feasible to continue to support ScanWorkX on your current version of Dynamics AX while you formulate an upgrade plan to a newer, supported version. This option will only be available if current technology and development tools will support maintaining the existing version of ScanWorkX.
