ScanWorkX is a mobile barcode data collection solution that operates exclusively within a customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. ScanWorkX is designed to execute ERP transactions and enforce business process validation without independently collecting, storing, or processing personal data.
Personal Data Collection
ScanWorkX does not collect, receive, or process personal data from end users, customers, or third parties.
Any data entered or viewed within the ScanWorkX application is data that already exists in the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 tenant and remains fully under the customer’s control.
Data Storage and Retention
ScanWorkX does not store or persist any customer or end-user data outside of the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 tenant.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
Because ScanWorkX does not collect or store personal data, no personal data is shared with third parties.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
ScanWorkX operates as an extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and does not alter the customer’s data governance model.
